At The Tenzari Collective, all products are made to order through trusted fulfilment partners (Gelato, Printify, and Printful). Because every item is custom-printed specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size choice or a change of mind.
However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a product you love. If something goes wrong, we will make it right.
🔄 Returns Policy
We accept returns or replacements only in the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item has a manufacturing, printing, or quality defect
- An incorrect item was sent
If your order meets one of the above criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tenzaricollective.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
You will not be required to return the faulty item.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Ordering the wrong size, style, or colour
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
- Items returned without prior approval

💸 Refunds Policy
Refunds are issued only when:
- The product is defective, damaged, or misprinted
- The order was not received due to an error by us or our print provider (not carrier delays)
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect address or order details provided at checkout
- Items where no fault can be verified
