At The Tenzari Collective, all our products are made to order using trusted print-on-demand partners (Gelato, Printify, and Printful). As such, we do not accept general returns or exchanges as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy, but we are committed to making things right if something goes wrong.

We encourage you to read our detailed Returns & Refunds Policy for further clarity on our practices.

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size, style, or color
  • Changing your mind after placing the order
  • Shipping delays due to carrier issues

We only accept returns if your item arrives with one of the following issues:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Printing error or defect
  • Incorrect item sent

If this applies to your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@tenzaricollective.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.


đź’¸ Refunds Policy

Refunds are offered only under the following circumstances:

  • The item was defective, damaged, or misprinted
  • The item was never received due to an error on our part or by the print provider (not carrier-related delays)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect information provided at checkout (e.g., wrong address or size)

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement or refund—no need to ship it back.
