All items are produced after your order is placed.
Production time is typically 2–5 business days.

Once your item has been created, it will be shipped from the fulfilment centre closest to your delivery address to reduce shipping time.

Please note: Production times may vary during seasonal peaks or holidays.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your region and local postal services:

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

We will investigate the issue with the carrier or fulfilment provider and assist you in resolving the delay.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Orders may be delayed or undeliverable if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
We cannot issue replacements or refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

To ensure high-quality items and efficient delivery, our products are fulfilled by reputable global partners such as Gelato, Printify, and Printful.
This allows your order to be produced and shipped from the closest available location.
